“Dr. Kowalski and everyone else at the center have been nothing but amazing for both myself and my 4 year old daughter.  We have been to previous chiropractors and never made the progress I’ve seen with her.  I have been highly recommending this office to all of my family and friends! We are so glad to have found this office.” Carly R. Mariemont, OH

Our Methods at Mt. Lookout Chiropractic & Sports Injury Center

  • Chiropractic adjustments to the spine and extremities help restore motion, balance musculature and reduce pain.  Our doctors utilize many techniques and can determine which method is best suited for the patient.  The doctors at Mt. Lookout Chiropractic & Sports Injury Center have done extensive training with the Motion Palpation Institute.  They use Gonstead and Diversified adjusting techniques.  Our treatments are safe, gentle, and comfortable for our patients.
  • Soft tissue or myofascial release techniques treat the affected soft tissue including muscle, tendon, and ligament dysfunction.  This helps reduce irritation, break down scar tissue/adhesions, and increase circulation to speed healing.
  • Physiotherapies or passive therapies such as electric stimulation, heat, ice, ultrasound, and level IV cold laser.  These help treat inflammation and speed healing.
  •  Decompression traction helps decompress, traction, or stretch the spine and is most effective when treating disc pain, disc degeneration, stenosis, and radiculopathies/pinched nerves.
  • Rehabilitation to help build strength and stability to help recover from injuries and prevent future issues.
